Week 2 Day 1 RnR SD 5 miles
Go Figure, the day I feel like crap and dont want to run because I had such a headache, I beat my last week time by a wopping :30 per min average! What the heck?!?! I feel great! It goes to show that if you put the training in, you will get better. This run was not even really pushing myself. I just settled in to a pace, checked out of life and ran. Feeling good:)
